Beyond "Members Only Palm Beach": Why I Built SoléMar Psychiatry

A daughter kissing her moth on the cheek.

Palm Beach shines.

But if you’ve been in healthcare long enough, you stop seeing the shine and start seeing the people behind it.

The ones in boardrooms. The ones working double shifts. The ones holding everything together quietly.

And what I kept seeing, over and over again, was the same thing:

A massive gap in mental health care.

That’s why I built SoléMar Psychiatry.

The Moment That Changed Everything

My shift into psychiatry wasn’t random. It was personal.

When my mom was diagnosed with ALS, I was searching for answers. Trying to fix something that couldn’t be fixed.

And I’ll never forget a physician telling me her physical decline was tied to long-standing depression.

That moment changed how I see medicine.

If the mind isn’t well, the body follows.

Mental health isn’t secondary. It’s the foundation.

Concierge Psychiatry Palm Beach: The Gap We Don’t Talk About

Palm Beach County lives in extremes.

And in healthcare, especially mental health, that gap is even wider.

The kind of care where you’re not rushed, where you’re actually heard, where someone takes the time to understand you, is usually reserved for people who can pay for it. That's "Concierge Psychiatry" in Palm Beach.

That never sat right with me.

So I built something different.

At SoléMar, the level of care does not change based on who you are or what you can afford.

What We Actually Do Differently

“Concierge” shouldn’t mean exclusive.

For us, it means:

  • Time: You’re not a 15-minute visit.

  • Depth: We treat the whole person, not just symptoms.

  • Connection: You feel heard, understood, and supported.

And we take insurance.

Because access matters.

This Is Who We’re Here For

The high-functioning professional who’s burned out.

The parent holding everything together.

The person who looks fine, but isn’t.

You don’t have to be falling apart to deserve better care.

Why This Matters

I didn’t build SoléMar to be another practice.

I built it to raise the standard.

Because when you take the time to truly care for people, outcomes change.

Lives change.

You Deserve to Feel Better

You deserve clarity.

You deserve stability.

You deserve to feel like yourself again.

That’s what we’re here for.

With warmth,

Dionys Fuster
